Anyone got suggestions for a good at home workout for men? I can't get a gym membership, nor do I have equipment

Advice, you could search it up.🧐, How about that?
searching it up will get many results which aren’t by actual people yk. Especially for something specific like ‘men’s workout with no equipment & no money spent’

I find that just walking is a good exersize.Or you also can do what our drill sargents called gorilla exesizes when I was in basic training.Basically guerilla exersizes consist of such exersizes as jumping jacks,inverted crawls,leg lifts,pushups and the such.By doing this one is allowing certain muscle groups to rest while others are being used.Start off with low repititions of each one.If you have not exersized in a long time be sure to take it easy and if your heart starts to beat unevenlyor or hurts; find a hobby to amuse yourself with that is not in any way stressfull.Or better yet; just read,watch television,eat and as always-don't forget to laugh.

@twoslopke,

I've been serving since 2016, 8 years of service under my belt, and in that time, I have never encountered the term "Gorilla Exercises" within the United States Army. During both basic training and my current position as a U.S. Army Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment, 1st Battalion, as an 11A Officer, I have been familiar only with standard exercises and Physical Readiness Training (PRT) drills.

Drill sergeants, especially the older ones, come up with phrases I’d never think of. I wouldn’t doubt it for a second.
