I find that just walking is a good exersize.Or you also can do what our drill sargents called gorilla exesizes when I was in basic training.Basically guerilla exersizes consist of such exersizes as jumping jacks,inverted crawls,leg lifts,pushups and the such.By doing this one is allowing certain muscle groups to rest while others are being used.Start off with low repititions of each one.If you have not exersized in a long time be sure to take it easy and if your heart starts to beat unevenlyor or hurts; find a hobby to amuse yourself with that is not in any way stressfull.Or better yet; just read,watch television,eat and as always-don't forget to laugh.Anyone got suggestions for a good at home workout for men?
