So a mod and I got into an argument earlier about what happened yesterday with him having kicked my friend and her friend for so called "harassment" when what really happened was blackbeltginger(such a lame username btw) got offended by a joke that wasn't even targeted towards her and called them the c word, but guess what happens to her? NOTHING despite there being proof of it. And today the mod NiteOwl tried saying "i saw nothing like that and I think your friend is exaggerating" despite again, there is proof to that happening, then he tells her to file a complaint on here when she already did, so I feel I did the right thing and called him out on not doing his job the right way, and before yall come at me, I've been staff on other sites, so I know the job of being staff, after I did this he tried changing the subject and saying "have fun as this is what it's here for" which here's my answer to that, we could have fun if he had done his job correctly and kicked blackbeltginger and not my friend and her friend. Attached are screenshots of him trying to change the subject after I called him out on it.

What I'm trying to say is that if NiteOwl can't do his job the right way he should NOT be mod.

I'm confused..

So, you 'got into it' with a mod over an incident that had nothing to do with you?
You didn't like the outcome and so now you're jumping up and down on the forum publicly, for what? Attention? Trying to make the mod look bad? Wanting to look like a white knight for your friend by thinking you did the right thing?

Your friend is welcome to appeal their incident or any concerns to the appeal section or to an admin - and admins can look into it.
Appeals go to Admins, not GMs.
Your friend is welcome to message ChatMaster or myself about any staff incident - I haven't seen anything from 'your friend' yet.
Tip - If you actually think someone is being treated unfairly or a staff member is abusing their power, actually do something about it and act in the right manner, tell your friend to seek help by contacting the above with proof they have (and actual proof of the staff members behaviour, not the pointless screenshot comments above - I don't even understand them ss you're trying to use).
Long story short - Your friend needs to contact an Admin/ChatMaster with proof.

Just because you have been staff on another site means nothing - irrelevant comment.

By the sounds of this post, lucky you don't chat in my room - you'd be wanting my head on an daily basis.

Wonderful - no need for me to follow this up then and no need for these post - let the Admin involved handle it.
