User that keeps starting drama when a mod is off

There's this user called yn or something like that. He's been harrasing users and starting unnecessary drama in the main chat. And he does this everyday. But as soon as a mod comes on he stops. Supposedly he has gotten a warning before but it doesn't seemed like he stopped at all. He even went as far to accuse my friend of "writing poems to rizz up little girls" the only reason he hasn't gotten in trouble yet is because he stops as soon as a mod comes back on. Then when they leave he continues.

Geez, 321 seems to have gotten worse since mine and dezzys bans.

Other users have but he just deletes it before a mod can see it or before it gets reported
