kicked cause of poor management

i got a warning before i got kicked saying to not harass ppl because i told a mod on main to ban smn, the mod asked why and I told him on main everything the chatter has said and done. My message got deleted ofcourse and I got a warning for harassment.
LondonDoc (i think his user is) explained that I should pm the mod instead of accusing someone on main so I pmed the mod and explained to him again and sent him screenshots.

After a while the same chatter was mini-modding and telling people what they can and cannot do on the chat and he had been getting on everyone's nerves the entire day accusing one girl of being racist just because she rejected him because she's lesbian, and reporting one girl because she called him "bbg" and when he asked her to pm she said she liked girls.

Mind you this guy is 18 years old and the girl that said she likes girls is 16, I also looked at his friendslist and saw that all of them are females and one girl I saw he was friends with is 14.
Before anyone says 'maybe they are just friends' the chatter had been asking every single girl in main to pm him and he told one dude that he doesn't pm men.

Anyways while I was going to pm the mod again to send him a screenshot about the chatter mini-modding, I saw that I had gotten kicked for 'harassment'.

I assume the reason I got kicked is because I told the people that he was mini-modding and reporting that I was going to pm a mod abt the chatter's behavior and ig that's called harassing smn. Even tho this guy blocked me weeks ago so he can't even see my msgs.

It's just sad that I was trying to help people for potentially getting banned just cause a chatter does not like them and meanwhile I get kicked because the ACTUAL ppl that are SUPPOSED to be helping these ppl are helping the wrongdoer instead.

I'm beginning to think that (most) mods and admins on this site protect certain ppl and hold grudges against other.

anyways the chatter's user is WWE Romance. Please do something abt his behavior.

Staff are not allowed to accept screenshots as evidence of anything. That is what the report function is for

Not allowed to accept screenshots as evidence of anything, when the screenshot shows what the person did. So yeah "staff aren't allowed to accept screenshots as evidence of anything" my ass. If the scresnshot shows what the user is doing wrong then yes the fuck you can.

I think the statement on "People who break rules and act in an unacceptable way are always ones who accuse the system of being unfair" is a little bit biased? It honestly just seems just as they had an issue and are bringing it to light from how they see it?
And, on the other hand I can't tell you how many mods I've given screenshots to and they've used them with NO hesitation ever.

We have a report system for a reason. We don't accept screenshots and use that as evidence to address issues, always has been and always will be. Unfortunately from the feedback we've received, shows some moderators fail to comply and will be appointed so we can ensure our staff are performing to the sites standards and handle any issues users may have accordingly.

The flagged reports can’t be doctored. Your screenshots can. We don’t just make rules for the fun of it. There are reasons.

Admins can decide themselves on action with screenshots received, but you are asked to report it by flagging. GMs can’t act on it.

Obviously if the post or image or whatever is public, the mod can verify the screenshot.
