They aren't the ones removing anyone, they are just trying to scare you .
Start reporting the PMs instead of screenshotting them. I don't understand how you all have time to screenshot the PMs but you don't have time to report them.
By the way - taking over someone else's account is not allowed, and will be banned as a compromised account. Also evading under a new account when one account is banned is also bannable (again).

i understand that ur probably frustrated with this but u dont have to be so rude. i dont know if ur meaning to be but it sounds like u are. many people do report the person and nothing ends up happening im not trying to be disrespectful or argue but we do our part but report the account but how are we supposed to know how to report the pm chat its self. so if u could explain on how to report the pm chat its self i would greatly appreciate it
