cant post pics on friends wall

hi . I for some reason cant post pics on the friends wall. but my cousin can . I'm very confused idk what happened. I did get a warning to stop spamming pics in main cuz I was jokingly "exposing everyone" . if its cuz of breaking community guidelines without noticing . if someone could explain I would accept it and move on. Im jus curious as to why I cant

I can only do it on main. but In pms and on the friends wall the option is totally gone.

I have no solution.
It's either blocked everywhere or nowhere if we're doing it.

You can try clearing your cache and cookies, perhaps your browser's temporary files or try another browser, too.
