I'm not sure if I'm the only husband in the world to have this problem but, my wife doesn't give blowjobs at all no matter how many times I ask. I even went for years without asking and still, no blowjobs are happening. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't like talking things out when there is an issue. I can't divorce her due to complicated living arrangements involving kids. I'm miserable, I feel trapped and underappreciated in my marriage especially being the only breadwinner in the house. I feel like I don't have any type of release from the stress.

"Blowjobs" are acts of unethical sexual pleasure. Sexual immorality, if you will. Reproductive organs should never be in one's mouth.
I wouldn't blame her for refusing to join in your deviant desires.

That being said, you shouldn't allow these desires to take a toll on your mind and family. Don't go looking for an online mistress.
