-2 Sweet onions
-4 Starchy potatoes
-1 Egg
-2/3 c. Flour
-1 tsp. Sea salt
-1/4 tsp. Pepper
-Vegetable oil
Instructions-
-Grate peeled onions and potatoes.
-Drain the liquid from onions.
-Mix the egg and flour.
-Add the onions, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix.
-Fry until crispy.
-Enjoy. *Children like them with ketchup.*
