I was strung out on opiates in my early 20’s. When my great grandmother died I wasn’t with my family mourning her. Instead I was digging through her things when no one was around trying to find the pain killers I knew she was prescribed. My disgust of myself from that moment was a pivotal realization I needed to get clean.

Well that's good. I read that opioid abuse can completely destroy someones mental health. It makes people sound completely illogical, especially with religion and politics. I don't know the word to describe them... Uh? Dreamers? Idek tbh. I just read like 10 articles on it. Seems like a suitable name for opioid users from what I read.
