So the chat part of 321 is still not working so Idk what to do I've cleared my chace/data I can't download the app I can't update my browser it cannot do that so I think I'm screwed

Have you tried accessing 321 on a different browser other than the one you currently use? I recommend using Google Chrome or any other popular browser people use nowadays.
