Wall notifications pt2

And the problem is, when you come online, the wall notifications aren’t showing as them being new? (Posted when you were offline)

Is that just apart of the new update? Or is it a full on glitch. Not only that it does happen when I'm online. Like as an example it's 11:02pm and the last post it shows in wall is at 9:45pm if I press on the friends wall it shows me all these other ones during the time I've been online.
