I can send messages on private messages, but when I go to the main chat, the text box is gone, please help

When I use mobile, I have to rotate the screen every time I log in, the chat box doesn't show. But on PC, I don't have to do anything.
It's a mobile thing.

When using a mobile device, I usually rotate the screen sideways and then back to normal, which resolves the issue as Prinny mentioned.
