My boyfriend tried to reset his forgotten password and got the password reset email, but the temporary password did not work. It said the temporary password was incorrect as well. It was copy and pasted from his email. He is using an iPhone. He has tried multiple times and waited a while after getting the email to attempt using the temporary password.

Only make one request for a temporary password.
Wait however long it takes for that email to arrive with the new temporary password.
Multiple attempts will lock your account without notification and you're just mixing up password with late emails.
