Maybe don't kick people for telling people to off themselves when that person you told to off themself made a very offensive and harmful joke regarding mental health and eating disorders. And if you do do this kick, maybe at least do something to the other prick who said that stupid fucking shit in the first place. Because who says something terrible, and when someone says it back, reports them to get them in trouble? That is insane and this site really needs to get their act together.

Any involved individuals who are a part of the situation you have proposed will be acted on accordingly. There is no action taken against one over the other. Instead of engaging with the person causing issues and escalating the matter – avoid interaction with them and report their messages/posts for us to look into and address as you are liable to be acted on as well.
