Practice.
Nobody starts off being their version of "good" at something.
Following drawing tutorials is really helpful I find.
Googling "how to draw ______" brings up a lot of great results for how to draw whatever it is you're looking to draw.
Another helpful tip I got in art class was actually to trace so you can learn how to draw things in a certain way.
I also find it helpful to draw skeletons over top of work I like so I can better determine what shapes I need and how to move my hands to get the results I'm looking for.
