I’m thinking about taking a break should I been thinking about it what happens to my vip if I don’t use my account or I’m not active on it?
 
If you think you should, you probably should.

If you're concerned about your account, you could always login once in a while just to keep the appearance of activity.
 
Good question ; if a chatters account has been banned they can appeal the ban of course but it doesn't mean they'll get unbanned .. and as far as I've known I don't believe the account will get deleted accounts can get deleted if they have been inactive for a longer while then normal VIPs are excused to this and even with inactivity their account won't be deleted but for none VIPs their account can get deleted after inactive for a long while
