I bought side_sallad VIP last month (December) 2024.. then somehow his VIP disappeared & but he's still in gay chat I asked him what happen to his VIP he said I don't know but my account went poof then back.. I checked I'm still on his friend list & clicked liked his profile.. I'm wondering can admin or chatmaster fix this issue? I wonder are they able restore his VIP back to him.. Please let me know.. Thank you

VIP has never just disappeared from an account. They likely deleted their account or asked or the VIP to be removed, if it ever went on to their account.
We’re currently working on some changes which has taken new VIPs offline, so it isn’t possible to get VIP at the moment.

If you want to forward me (by email) the email receipt I can look into it.
