After speaking with chatmaster, He has suggested that you use a totally different name. Ethan is being rejected. Can you try that? You do have another name linked to your account. are you aware of what it is?

I suggested “Ethan” basically emitting the numbers
okay, he re-registerd with a whole new nick it has No Numbers but, I just received a pm from him stating that he has the same issue - it won't let him log in, it says incorrect.
I have sent back a reply that he should be sure he had his password correct.
