Is it normal to bring physical proof of negative STD tests before anything intimate?

Since high school, I've always gotten STD tests before having a new sexual partner. I have had many people weirded out and turned off by me showing them test results and have had some people very grateful for it, and they showed me theirs as well.

Well, now I'm kind of wondering if I'm literally the only one that does this? Is it something that most people don't request to see or bring with them? I'm just extremely scared to ever catch something.

Before me and my gf(and before that me and my ex) got sexual, we both did std tests and showed the results to each other.
It's a no Brainer in a relationship, imo.

It used to be pretty common to head down to the clinic together to get tested before any real fun happened or at least showing each other the last clear test.

Women should be socially allowed to have multiple play partners. Showing std tests are helping normalize this. I have shown a physical STD test and I do talk about test

I don't know what's inside the STD tests. But from what I read, it seems practical. Especially in today's circumstances.

It is something that could save one quite a bit of trouble, should anything bad happen because of not taking the proper precautions, awkward as it may seem.

Yes in most platforms. Like swinging or sugarbook it is common exchange. You can take some feedback from actual sugar relationship community in reddit. Given we are dealing with very promiscuous community, always better to be aware.
