I can't create a new account.

I deleted my account a long time ago. Now I'm trying to create a new one, but when I try to do this, a black screen appears with the message "You are banned." Is this because I'm trying to create a new account or because we recently moved to a new house?

Try clearing cache and cookies and fresh the page a few times to see if that fixes it. You can also try turning your wifi/data or device on and off, even your device. If you're someone who uses VPN, turn it off and proceed accessing 321 without it being enabled. Poor connection may also be a result of this happening - try finding an area with better reception. Repeat these methods as needed. One or the other should fix it. You are not banned on our end.
