I think I got banned from chat, but I cannot access anything. Now shows an error saying I have tried too many times

It sounds like your phone or laptop or whatever may be messing up. I would try restarting it or deleting the app and then downloading it again or clearing your cache- and also make sure to have your wifi turned on and connected because that can effect it as well.
