Help on not going insane with not being able to stay single

Lately with me and my ex I've been trying to stay single but she makes me happy but then for me if I wanna just stay single with her at work that would be fine but I still need help doing it myself bc it's hard I've gotten days where I don't wanna get out of bed and sleep all day also if you need to know more my DMS on here are open
 
Once you've been single long enough, you literally just stop caring.
When my ex and I split, I was devastated. It took a lot to not take him back and it took a lot to not serial date after him.
But I'm glad I waited because my perfect partner fell right into my lap.

I'm happy for you!
 
I think you have to be able to love yourself before you have the space to love anyone else, so sometimes some alone time helps with that.

You can also get to the point after so much of alone time that you actually get selfish with your time and find it hard to get back in to a relationship as well.

But then there's 2 girls I'd like but it's hard for things what do I do

I hope your mental health improves overall, work on yourself before finding a lover, however, if you see this girl is fit, follow your heart.
