I was banned without any reason or logic. I just asked why the waves in the photo are green and I was banned because of spam. I also sent a message to the chat manager, but they still didn't give me 9 calls, so everyone should be banned, there is no reason at all.
 
If you were banned as 'spam' it sound like the system/bot has banned your account, not an actual staff member.
If you appeal through the appeal section we can actually try help you.
Messaging me and the other Admins a bunch of rubbish riddles and crap doesnt help us help you, and I simply won't waste my time reading it.

Also, please remember we all have lives and families outside of chat and we are all on different timezones - we get to the appeals when we can.
