Friend Request Toggle

I feel like we should be able to toggle the friend request option on and off like we can turn pms on and off. I might be the only one, but when I don't want any more people on my friends list the notifications for friend requests is annoying. And even when you tell people not to give you a request, they still do it. Not sure if this is possible, but it'd be nice-
