we have a chatter that will pop in and make shady or even phobic comments and then quickly deleting them....we try to report them but they're gone so fast it comes back as unflaggable....so they get to instigate things but make it look like ur the only one saying anything when u respond

what can be done about this in the heat of the moment when there are no admins online???

I will contact you re; this.

You can always ask any mod online at the time to get an Admin to contact you if you are needing Admins help with a situation.
There is usually always some member of staff online in some rooms.

If there is none, you can always write a message in main 'Can an Admin or Moderator please contact me' and flag your comment.. this way when someone is online we will know you are needing help and can message you.

You also don't need to respond to them, that way it won't look like you're the one saying things.

Just report it like you have or when you see a staff member and we can follow it up.
