cant paste in - help?

for some reason i can no longer 'paste in' pics on the site while on my laptop...phone, yes....laptop, no

any ideas? i've logged out/in, rebooted, cleared cookies, all that jazz

addendum....i can post pics with the clip, but for when i just wanna copy & paste somethin i dont have saved, that's the only thing no longer working for me via laptop

if i take out my batteries when my touchpad curser doesn't work or my screen goes dark it fixes my laptop,Idk if it will work for not being able to paste,
