It seems like the chat bot has just started auto banning instead of muting/kicking and its providing alot of unnecessary bans, any updates or words on this issue or is it currently unchangeable.

The auto bans are happening for a reason and are not an accident, please use the appeal section of this forum if you get wrongly auto banned. If one of your friends gets wrongly auto banned, please tell them to also use the appeal section of this forum.
